We can develop a long-term phasing strategy for the implementation of various buildings, their uses and proximities on the site. This effort is usually paired with an intense programming effort that not only identifies the current needs of the Client, but also anticipates that potential growth of the Client.

we will consult with a Client on ways to maximize the spatial potential of an existing facility to provide our Clients with options prior to a Client's reorganization, expansion, or move to another facility. We will also consult on the move to a potential facility and will work with real estate brokers to help assess potential new spaces, prior to a decision being made by our Client, thus saving valuable time and money. The programming service is typically included in our consulting services.
